CAMFED
Camfed (Campaign for Female Education) is a 30-year-old, large international nonprofit revolutionizing how African girls' education is delivered. Jen and her team were asked to create awareness in the U.S., modernize the brand, and develop and promote a donation platform for a new audience of small monthly donors. Mission accomplished: by concepting “the Global Sisterhood” campaign and working closely with staff, CAMFED acquired nearly 200,000 new email subscribers and 27,000 repeat monthly donors with an estimated lifetime value of $12.3M over a 30-month projected timeline.
SPECIES UNITE
Species Unite is a media outlet to transition the world off of animal products with well-researched solutions. After a few years of moderate success, Jen was brought on to help their message resonate outside of the vegan choir. Mission accomplished: a more lifestyle brand positioning was created, with the tagline of “What you eat, wear, and think matters.” Jen and staff then developed evergreen marketing funnels that brought in 78,000 new subscribers and $20,000 more per month to their donations, with an estimated lifetime value of $6M over a 30-month projected timeline.
DAILYWORTH
DailyWorth is a leading multi-platform financial media company for women who want more net worth and, ultimately, self-worth. After a tough few years in the start-up slog, Jen was recruited to take the flatlined trajectory to hockey stick growth by rebranding, redesigning the content offering, and providing executive coaching to the capable founder. Mission accomplished: the purpose-led company grew 800% over eight years and was acquired.
PURITY COFFEE
Purity Coffee Company is a direct-to-consumer brand offering organic, regeneratively-grown, specialty-grade beans sourced from around the world. In the first year of business, Jen was brought on to help grow the sales. Mission accomplished: by deep diving into the coffee market and the unique niche that Purity could dominate, Jen positioned the company for success by focusing on how the coffee made you feel. Jen then overhauled the initial brand, marketing, and sales strategy in 6 months, and five years later, Purity is still enjoying the sweet taste of month-over-month sales growth.
